What does Hemworld do? Hemworld is a Miami-based wholesale clothing distributor serving retailers, boutiques, charities, and e-commerce sellers nationwide. Since 1985 we’ve specialized in value-priced men’s, women’s & kids’ apparel, underwear, socks and seasonal outerwear—shipped daily from our South Florida warehouse.
What is your shipping policy? In-stock orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Ground delivery via UPS, FedEx or LTL freight typically takes 2 – 5 business days depending on your location. Need it faster? Call us for express or pallet-freight quotes. All orders ship FOB Miami, FL.
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, ACH/wire transfer and Zelle. Credit-card transactions are processed through a PCI-compliant gateway—Hemworld never sees or stores your card data. Net-term accounts may be arranged after credit approval.
Is there a minimum order requirement? A $250 merchandise minimum applies to first-time orders. Most styles are sold by the case—typically 12 or 24 assorted pieces. Re-orders may qualify for lower minimums; ask your rep for details. Florida customers: provide a current resale certificate to remove sales tax.
How is my payment information kept secure? All online checkouts run through encrypted SSL connections, and payments are tokenized by our processors (Stripe & PayPal). We never store raw card numbers on our servers.
What is your return or exchange policy? Because we sell at bulk-wholesale pricing, returns are only accepted for defective merchandise or shipment errors. Inspect your cartons on arrival and notify us within 7 days—we’ll arrange a replacement or credit.
Do you offer dropshipping or single-piece sales? Yes, Hemworld can dropship directly to your consumer—just choose “Blind Dropship” at checkout or email the order to your account rep. We are strictly wholesale; individual piece sales at retail prices are not available.
Can I place custom or private-label orders? Absolutely. For qualifying volume we provide private-label production, custom hang-tags, and branded poly-bags. Lead times range 45–60 days after sample approval. Contact sales@hemworld.com for a quote.
Do you ship internationally? We primarily serve the U.S., Puerto Rico and Caribbean freight forwarders, but can arrange direct export on request. Customers are responsible for duties and customs clearance in the destination country.
